Trans Wiki is the largest and authorative knowledge base for the Trans* community in Israel. It provides information on a wide range of topics, including local Trans organizations and their events, and is accessible in minority languages.

Trans Wiki is a joint project of Maavarim (מעברים) and the Gila Project (פרויקט גילה), leading Israeli Trans organizations. The Trans Wiki platform is maintained by the T Hub Initiative, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The Gila Project’s efforts were financed by the European Union and Maavarim, with further support by National Transgender Community Promotion Program with the Ministry of Social Equality.

Having started as a grassroot initiative, the knowledge base is now operated by experienced staff and volunteers of involved organizations. The website was launched in November 2023.
